VALIDITY    

 

We provide all products and services on the basis of the following terms and conditions, in the version valid at the time of the order. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, so please review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If you do not agree with any of the revised Terms and Conditions please do not order from 'Secret Sauce' operated under 'Munch-Meals.ch GmbH' or use our website. If you continue to use the Secret-Sauce.com website after the date on which the changes take effect then it will be deemed that you agree to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.    

 

 

EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT    

 

The presentation of the products in our on-line shop is not binding. An offer is valid until further notice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client formalises the sales contract of the products in the shopping cart by giving the order in our shop. Secret-Sauce.com will confirm the acknowledgment of the order per E-mail. The closure of the contract is deemed to take place when the client receives the parcel.   Once a contract is concluded, the client may agree to receive information about news, promotions, etc. at regular intervals.  At anytime you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, by contacting us at info@secret-sauce.com

In the event of dispute, only Swiss law is applicable. The place of jurisdiction shall be governed by the law of the jurisdiction and is located at the headquarters of Secret-Sauce by Munch-Meals.ch Gmbh, 8853 Lachen SZ.
