Refund policy
RETURNS / REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS
Due to the nature of our business and the laws governing food, we are unable to accept returns. Should you have a problem with your delivery you should immediately contact one of our friendly customer advisors who will help you with your request. They can be reached via email at info@secret-sauce.com If in exceptional circumstances a refund is authorised the refund will be made onto either the credit / debit card the order was placed on or a credit will be processed onto the credit account if one exists with us. No cash refund will be made. The client may cancel the order in writing (also per e-mail) not later than 24 hours prior to posting of the parcel. If, after receipt of the original order, some products become unavailable and the order cannot be completely filled, Secret-Sauce shall inform the client prior to dispatch, The unavailable products will be deleted from the order and will not be forwarded at a later time. The client will only be charged for the actual goods dispatched and is not entitled to further compensation or claim of any sort.
