Ingredients
rapeseed oil, tomato, garlic, ginger, water, lemon juice, coriander, onion, cumin, palm sugar, salt, chilli, turmeric. No artificial preservatives or colouring.
Instructions
Sauté approximately 600 g of meat in 120 g of sauce, add 180 g of plain yogurt. Optional: Add 50 g of sultanas or 100 g of fresh pineapple. Cover and simmer until meat is cooked through. For a milder (or spicier) variation, add additional (or less) yogurt. Suitable as a marinade for grilling.
Storage
Stays fresh in a cool and dark environment for 6 months. If frozen at -18˚C or below, stays fresh for up to 12 months. Once open, use within 1 month and store in fridge.
